History
Both Paula Elliott and Wayne Little launched their legal careers in Houston, Texas. For eight years, Paula exclusively practiced plaintiff-based personal injury law, primarily concentrating on representing victims of electrocution accidents,unfair insurance practices, tire defects, 18 wheeler accidents, airplane crashes and products liability. Conversely, Wayne exclusively defended doctors, commercial drivers and insurance companies. Because of their diverse backgrounds, it is common to see the two in a friendly debate over the strengths, weaknesses and value of a potential case. Importantly, this dynamic facilitates an informed, balanced evaluation and prosecution of your case.
At Elliott & Little, we personally understand the hardship placed on potential clients to negotiate downtown parking and traffic. While you are always welcome to visit our ADA approved office in Conroe, Texas, we are happy to accommodate your request to meet with us at the location of your choice, including your home. We provide this service because we understand that we work for you. Elliott & Little have previously pursued cases nationwide and continue to do so.
While the Conroe Texas location of Elliott & Little was purposefully chosen, 95% of Elliott & Little’s litigation remains elsewhere. Modern technology, such as the Internet, Zoom, e-filing and remote linkage, has facilitated a seamless practice nationwide.
