During a tremendously difficult time in my family’s life things were a blur, life was confusing, and many things didn’t make sense. My 15 year old son, a year early, suffered a severe brain injury from a pellet gun shot to the head. By the grace of God he survived, and after nine months of hospital stays and rehabilitation facilities, he came home for us to care for him. We survived part one of this tragedy, but part two would soon have to be conquered, and as much as my family and I did not want to have to deal with the pain of facing the individual who shot my son, it had to be done. We had no clue where to start, what to do, and who to turn to to pursue the individuals responsible for the injury to our child litigiously, but thankfully Paula Elliott and her team made the process as painless as possible in an already painful situation. Her team was always available to answer questions and concerns that I had, and even took time out of her schedule to make a personal visit to my home to check on us and our son. What attorney does that today? We won our case and were rewarded for our suffering, and I credit Mrs. Elliot and her staff for her amazing dedication to our family’s well-being. Thank you Paula for all you did for our family. We are forever in debt to you and your firm, Elliott & Little.
